1 lb Cranberries
1 sm Naval orange; quartered
1 c Sugar
1/4 c Grand Marnier or bourbon
1. In 2 batches, process the cranberries and orange until evenly chopped, but not too fine. Transfer to a bowl.
2. Add the sugar and Grand Marnier and mix well. Taste and add more sugar if desired.
3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
